EquityX is a SEBI registered investment adviser based in Delhi. We send research calls to intraday and short term traders in the Indian stock and commodity markets.

EquityX (equityx.in) is run by Sheikh Imran Uz Zaman, registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an individual investment adviser. The registration was granted on October 03, 2018.
We are also a member of BSE Administration & Supervision Limited (BASL), the body that supervises investment advisers for SEBI. Every year we complete the annual compliance audit that SEBI requires, and we publish our complaints data every month.
We are an adviser only. We do not hold your money, we do not trade on your behalf, and we do not need access to your trading account.

From the first form to the first call

Risk profile
Before any advice, you fill our risk profile form. SEBI requires it. It tells us your capital, experience and how much risk you can take.
- Step 2
Agreement and KYC
You receive the advisory agreement with the fee details, and we complete your KYC. Fees are paid only through banking channels, never in cash.
- Step 3
Calls in writing
Calls reach you on the EquityX web app and Telegram (WhatsApp on request). Each call has an entry, a stop-loss, three targets and a quantity worked out for your capital.
- Step 4
Support and review
You can reach us on email or WhatsApp. Your risk profile is reviewed at least once a year, or sooner if your situation changes.

If something goes wrong
Write to info@equityx.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 95999 69624 with your payment date and transaction ID. We reply within 5 working days and resolve every complaint within 21 days.

No. To avoid any conflict of interest, neither the firm nor its proprietor trades in the products we advise on.
